Privacy Policy
Systemcraft is one person in Phoenix. This page says what information reaches me through this site, my phone line and text messages, what I do with it, and who else handles it. Effective 5 November 2026.
What I collect
- The contact form. Your name, the email or phone you give me, your message and the page you sent it from. Your IP address is used for one hour to stop spam, then discarded.
- Email. Whatever you write to hello@systemcraftllc.com.
- Phone calls. When you call 623-469-9008, my phone provider records the number you called from, the time and the length of the call. Calls are not recorded.
- Text messages. If you choose to get a text from me (see below), your mobile number and the messages we exchange.
- Site visits. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without following you to other sites. It does not identify you.
- Booking a call. If you use the booking link, Cal.com collects the details you type there, under its own privacy policy.
What I use it for
To answer you, to quote and deliver work you asked for, and to keep a record of what we agreed. That is all. I do not sell personal information, rent it, trade it or use it for advertising, and I do not buy contact lists.
Text messages
If you call and I cannot pick up, the call can offer to text you: you press 1, and you get one text at the number you called from so you can tell me what you need. After that I only reply to messages you send. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop all texts, or HELP for help. The full program terms are on the terms page.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. The only companies that handle your number are the ones that carry the messages, listed below, and only to deliver them.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare hosts this site and stores contact-form messages.
- Twilio runs my business phone number and carries calls and texts, along with the mobile carriers that deliver them.
- Google hosts the inbox hello@systemcraftllc.com forwards to.
- Cal.com handles bookings, if you use it.
Each processes the information only to provide its service to me. I will also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long I keep it
The automatic log of missed calls and texts is deleted after 30 days. The one exception is the record that you pressed 1 — your number, the date and time, and the words the call said — which is kept for four years as proof of your consent, and used for nothing else. Messages and form entries from people I work with, or talk to about work, are kept while that conversation or job is active and for up to two years after, then deleted, unless tax or contract records require longer.
Your choices
Email hello@systemcraftllc.com to see what I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and I will do it within 30 days. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts immediately. This site does not respond to Do Not Track signals because it does no tracking for them to switch off.
Children
This site and its services are for businesses. They are not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this page changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. A change that affects text messages will never apply to consent you gave under an earlier version.
