Terms of Service
Short on purpose. Paid work is governed by the written statement of work we both sign; these terms cover using this site and the text messages from my business line. Effective 5 November 2026.
SMS Terms
How you opt in. When you call 623-469-9008 and I cannot pick up, the call says, word for word: “Sorry we missed your call. This is Systemcraft. Press 1 and we will text you at this number, so you can tell us what you need. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.” Pressing 1 means you agree to receive text messages from Systemcraft at the number you called from. If you do not press 1, you get no text.
Systemcraft missed-call text-back: one text when you press 1, then replies to your messages only. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

- How you join. You call 623-469-9008. If I cannot pick up, the call says: press 1 and we will text you at this number. Pressing 1 is your consent to that text and to my replies. Not pressing it means no text. Consent is never a condition of buying anything.
- What you get. One text that says I missed your call and asks what you need, then one-to-one replies to messages you send me. No marketing, no promotions, no lists.
- How often. One automatic text per missed call you choose it for, at most one in any 10 minutes. After that, message frequency varies with our conversation.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply, set by your mobile carrier. I never charge for texts.
- Stop. Reply STOP to stop all texts from this number. You will get one message confirming it, and nothing after. Reply START to rejoin.
- Help. Reply HELP, email hello@systemcraftllc.com or call 623-469-9008.
- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy. How your number is handled, and the promise that it is never shared for marketing, is on the privacy page.
Using this site
The site is information about Systemcraft and what it builds. Prices shown are the published prices on the day you read them; a quote or statement of work in writing is what binds either of us. Do not use the contact form to send spam, malware or anything unlawful.
The work shown here
The builds on the work page are my own projects, not client work, and the page says so. The words, design and code of this site belong to Systemcraft L.L.C. Client work belongs to the client as set out in their statement of work.
No warranty on the site
I keep this site accurate, but it is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Systemcraft is not liable for losses from using or relying on the site itself. Paid work carries the warranties written into its statement of work.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona. If they change, the effective date at the top changes with them.
