AI Quick Win · $750 flat

Missed-call text-back for Phoenix trades.

You are on a roof, under a car or elbow-deep in a water heater, and the phone rings. Nobody picks up, so the caller dials the next shop on the list. With missed-call text-back they get a text from your business within seconds instead, and their answer lands on your phone for when you are free.

How it works

Why the caller presses 1

Phone carriers only deliver business texts to people who agreed to get them. Pressing 1 is that agreement, recorded with the time. It is what keeps your texts from being filtered as spam, and it means nobody gets a text they did not ask for. People who called by mistake simply hang up.

What $750 covers

Running costs go to the phone company, not to me: about $1 a month for the number, $1.50 a month for the carrier registration, about 2 cents a text, plus roughly $20 once to register. For most shops that is a few dollars a month. If you stop working with me, it keeps running, because it is yours.

Questions people ask

Does it work after hours and on weekends?

Yes. It answers every call you miss, whenever it comes in.

Do I have to change the number on my truck?

We decide that together. Many shops keep their number and have calls they do not answer forwarded to the new line; others put the new line on their site and ads.

Can the text say something specific to my trade?

Yes. A garage-door company can ask for a photo of the door; a plumber can ask whether water is still running. The wording is yours and easy to change later.

What if I already have an answering service or a marketing company?

Ask them whether a missed caller gets a text within a minute. If they do, you are covered and I will say so. If not, this sits alongside what you have.

See it working

My own business line, 623-469-9008, runs this exact setup; texting goes live on it as soon as the carriers approve my registration. Until then, the live demo screen shows a missed call, the text and the reply, the way you would see them.

One conversation, no deck. If there is nothing worth automating I will tell you that instead.

I read every one myself and reply by phone or email.

Sent. I have your message and will get back to you by phone or email.
